Profile and passions:
Despite having no ancestral connection to the country, Jason has had a lifetime of contact with Belgium at a deep level, with an established regularity of professional and social activity in Brussels that spans over twenty years. Jason has long been passionate about immersing himself in different cultures in order to better understand the way different societies work. These interests have been realised throughout his time as the CEO of the European Australian Business Council; a corporate forum that serves to promote the trade and investment relationship between Australia and Europe. He views this relationship as absolutely fundamental and recognises that there is still huge potential to explore new areas of potential collaboration between the partners.
