The French-Australian Excellence Awards are back for their fifth edition, inviting people and organisations from both nations to help celebrate the strongest ties between France and Australia. This year, the awards shine a light on the individuals and organisations—from anonymous talents to established entrepreneurs and even celebrities—whose work has significantly strengthened Franco-Australian relations and enriched Australian society.
What the Awards celebrate

Nomination timeline and selection process
- Nominations are open to all French and/or Australian citizens residing in Australia.
- Deadline for nominations: midnight AEST on 14 September.
- After the deadline, the public and a panel will work together to select the finalists.
- Winners will be announced at the Awards ceremony on 25 November 2025.
About the 2025 edition:
- The fifth edition of the French-Australian Excellence Awards is organised by Le Courrier Australien under the patronage of the Embassy of France in Australia and the support of Team France (Alliance Française Sydney, Business France, CCEF, Facci, La French Tech Australia).
